How does 3 for the price of 2 work?
Take 3 connections or more and one of them is free. 2 connections are $1,000, 3 are $1,000, 4 are $1,500 and 5 are $2,000, one-time.
What does the free trial run?
Your first link: two of your platforms, for example your store and one marketplace. It goes live in about a day once we have access. Then it runs 7 days on your real orders and stock. No card.
What happens after the 7 days?
Keep it and those connections are billed as normal: $500 each, one-time, and they count toward 3 for the price of 2. Or tell us to stop: we switch it off and you pay nothing.
When do we pay, and how?
Once, after it runs and before handover. You get one invoice in US dollars, for the price we agreed in writing before we started. If it doesn't work, you don't pay.
What happens after handover?
90 days of fixes are included. After that, each fix has a fixed price, agreed before we start. Or any developer can work on it: you have the source code.
What if a platform changes its API?
In the first 90 days, we update your build at no charge. After that, it is a fixed price per fix, agreed first.
Where does it run, and what does hosting cost?
In your own cloud account. We set it up for you. The host bills you directly, usually $5–20 a month. We charge nothing monthly.
What access do you need to our accounts?
API keys that you create in your own accounts, limited to what the build needs. You can revoke them any time. We don't ask for passwords.
Do we own the code?
Yes. You get the full source code with the build. It is yours to keep, run and change. No license to renew.
Why one payment and not a monthly fee?
We start from parts we have built and run before, so a build takes about a day, not weeks. It runs in your own cloud account, so there is nothing for us to bill each month.
Are we too small for this?
Maybe. Under about 100 orders a month on two channels, a free app may be enough. We will tell you honestly on the call.
